We will focus on the emotional and psychological adaptation to chronic illness, not the medical management. You will learn to distinguish between what you can and cannot control, and develop strategies for both. For example, we might work on: “What does a good day look like now, and how can you create more of them?” I will help you build a life that works with your condition, not despite it.
