I understand that grief is as unique as the relationship you have lost. There is no “right” way to grieve, and I will not rush you through stages or timelines. You will learn to carry your loss while still engaging with life. For example, we might explore: “How can you honor this relationship while building space for joy again?” We will focus on integration, not on “getting over it.”
