I will create a safe space to explore your experiences without pressure to make specific decisions about your relationship. You will learn to trust your instincts again and develop personalized safety strategies. For example, we might work on: “What does safety look like for you right now?” We will focus on empowering you to make informed choices while building resilience and healing trauma.
